Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 854 platform via our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using 854's services.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 854 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who are below the minimum age required by local law are not permitted to register for or use 854's services.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

To make full use of 854's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 854 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in managing your login credentials. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 854 support team immediately through the available channels on the platform.

Registration details must be accurate and verifiable.
Users are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
854 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time before processing any request.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the 854 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. Any action intended to disrupt, exploit, or compromise the platform's systems, data, or security is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Users are prohibited from:

Using software, bots, or automated systems to access or exploit the platform.
Sharing your account or allowing others to use it.
Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 854's internal systems or other users' data.

854 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these rules, without prior notice and without liability to that user.

Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the 854 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited belong to them and were obtained through legitimate means. 854 uses recognised and secure payment methods to process all deposits and withdrawals.

A few important points regarding transactions:

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are set in accordance with 854's current policies and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once identity verification has been successfully completed.
854 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review or legal compliance purposes where necessary.
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system or abuse bonuses will result in transaction cancellation and account closure.
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotional terms.

For any transaction-related disputes, users must submit a complaint within 30 days of the transaction date. Complaints submitted after this period may not be processed.

The 854 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. 854 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

854 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or, where necessary, through the appropriate authorities in Malaysia.
